MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION
​Manuscripts must be prepared using the prescribed IEEE conference paper template in LaTeX or Word format, available at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates
Ensure that the document includes all figures, tables, and references. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE Conference Proceedings and will be made available in IEEE Xplore. More details are available at: https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/Xplore/home.jsp

Double-Blind Review Policy

Author names, affiliations, and contact information must not appear in the submitted PDF.

Avoid any references to the authors’ identity in the manuscript.

Use neutral language when citing previous work (e.g., “Previous research [1]…”).

PAGE LIMIT

Maximum allowed length: 6 pages

(including title, abstract, figures, tables, references, and appendices).

Papers exceeding this limit will be automatically rejected.​​

Violations will result in immediate rejection and disqualification.

Camera-Ready Submission & Copyright

Authors must revise papers per reviewers' comments.

Final submission must follow the hinweis research ormat.

Authors will need to sign and upload a hinweis research copyright agreement.

Language and Presentation

Papers must be written in clear, grammatically correct English.

Submissions with poor language quality may be rejected before review.
